We are currently running a promotion for our May 24th- 26th retreat. Please email us or book a free call to learn about future retreats or to book a private retreat.
Our all-inclusive 3-day, 2-night retreat is currently being offered at the promotional price of $2200 per person (save $800!).
If you bring a friend or partner who will share a queen-sized bed with you, your price drops to $2000 per person.
We also have a payment plan - pay $1100 today, and the remainder is due 30 days before the retreat date.
All activities outside of the retreat training are optional. We start with early morning yoga & breathwork, followed by a healthy chef-prepared breakfast. We do Stress Master Training in 2-3 hour increments throughout the day with breaks in between. The breaks (1-3 hours) can be used for solo downtime on the property (journaling, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, paved trails) or you can join us for scheduled restorative group activities like yoga, sound healing, fireside chats, and wine tasting. All meals are included and add-on services like massage, music therapy, energy healing, and others will also be available for those who are interested.
Our retreats accommodate up to 8 guests. The content we cover requires personalized attention. We strive to ensure that each participant has a world-class experience and feels safe and supported throughout their stay.
How to identify and understand the behaviors and attitudes that reflect your underlying cause of stress.
How to recognize your stress warning signs and what steps to take to counteract your stress and reduce it's negative impact. This is accomplished by taking the provided Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ). The coursework includes a workbook and guide that you can keep for future reference.
How to implement simple daily practices that calm your central nervous system and center you so you can move forward with your day in a calm and collected manner.
Easy healthy living tips that cover nutrition, movement, mindset, and personal development to support your well-being and interpersonal relationships.
